CLINT HOWARD

An innovator in the field of fitness and sports performance, Clint Howard is the Owner & Director of Tulsa Fitness Systems and Tulsa Golf Fitness. Clint holds a bachelor’s degree in Health & Exercise Science and a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology.  Clint is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength & Conditioning Association, National Academy of Sports Medicine, American College of Sports Medicine, as well as many other certifications in fitness and sports performance, nutrition coaching, and mindset/high performance coaching.

Clint is a Certified Level 3 Golf Fitness Expert, Level 3 Junior Golf Fitness Coach, and Certified Speed/Power Coach through Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). Along with training hundreds of local golfers in his area, world long drive competitors, and several high school golf teams, Clint is also now the Strength Coach/Trainer and consultant for several major Division 1 college golf programs including renowned Oklahoma State University Men’s & Women’s golf teams and is the Head Strength Coach/Trainer for the University of Tulsa Golf Program. Clint also works with professional players on the PGA Tour, including Tulsa native Bo Van Pelt for the past 6 years.

Clint has become established as the go-to fitness expert in the Tulsa area and one of the top golf fitness experts in the world. Clint has been featured on The Golf Channel, Golf Oklahoma Magazine, several golf podcasts including 18STRONG, and many other publications. Clint appears regularly on FOX 23 News as their featured expert on all things health and fitness. He is a regular contributor for several newspapers and magazines on fitness and nutrition related topics and is a featured writer for the Fitness Experts Network. Clint also serves on the fitness department advisory board for local colleges and is a Fitness Ambassador/ Community Leader for Lululemon Athletica.

Clint’s mission is to help people improve their overall health, fitness, and performance, enhance their quality of life, improve their golf game or whatever sport it is they play, and become their best!
