INITIAL TPI SCREEN & GOLF FITNESS ASSESSMENT / EVALUATION…

Before we start working with any of our golfers, it’s critical to first perform a comprehensive evaluation that includes a golf specific fitness screen to determine your body’s strengths and weaknesses. In this initial assessment/evaluation, we determine any weaknesses/limitations and areas of your body that need to be improved. After identifying a golfer’s biomechanical faults, flexibility, balance, strength, and power; we then design a customized golf fitness program based around the player’s physical limitations to improve the body’s performance as it relates to the golf swing.

The complete evaluation consists of a detailed report outlining the results and you’re assigned a “golf fitness handicap”.

We then design and build an individualized workout program based upon the results of the evaluation/assessment. The client has access to their custom workout program via a private TPI (Titleist Performance Institute membership website. All of the exercises are able to be viewed via video clips, and can be printed out to be taken to workouts.
