Semi-Private training is great for individuals who are looking for more personalized programming in a small group setting. These sessions have 2-4 people and are customized and modified for each person in the training session.

Group workouts are a popular, and more cost-effective, training option for individuals who are looking to feel and play their best golf while feeding off of the social aspect and community. Each session is pre-designed to best meet the group’s needs. Depending on the clients movement quality and fitness level, specific progressions and regressions are given to ensure each client does every exercise with proper form and gets the most out of each session.

ONLINE / HOME FITNESS PROGRAM
This option is for those who are looking for a personalized golf fitness program and are unable to train with us in-person consistently or live outside of the Tulsa area. It’s for those who want a detailed program to do on your own at home, or at your own gym.
Your personalized home workout program will include a custom built 6-week, 18-session program to improve your overall flexibility, strength, stability, and power. Your program can be accessed online through your own TPI membership account and each exercise will include video instruction on how to perform them correctly. Videos can be downloaded to your mobile device for convenience. E-mail and text reminders can be made to keep you on track with upcoming workout sessions.
